I have a 1 1/2 old black lab. She has an allergy to beef products. We have taken away all beef products but she still continues to itch. She stays inside and has no fleas. She has scratched herself so much to where she is losing her fur. Is anyone esle having this problem? We have been giving meds for it but nothing helps her. Other puppies in her same litter are having allergy problems too. Help?

Take her to the vet and ask them to do skin tests on her. It may not just be the beef products.
Or what have you been feeding her???? Maybe there is still traces of beef in her food, which would be going to her pups in her milk. Or again it could be where she is sleeping and what she is sleeping on. Hope this all helps |
